Bookings & Payments

100% of the class fee is payable at time of purchasing a Ren’s Kitchen Gift Voucher or booking a class directly.

At present there are two types of payment to choose from: Cheque or bank transfer.

  1. Cheques These should be made payable to Ren’s Kitchen Ltd and sent to the following address: 28 Farm Road, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 9LU
  2. Bank Transfer If this is your chosen payment method the relevant bank details will be given at the time of Gift voucher purchase or class booking.

Once payment has been received, Gift Vouchers will be issued and or class-booking details will be confirmed by email. If no payment is received then no confirmation of the booking will be given and may result in the cancellation of the class.

Gift Vouchers

All Ren’s Kitchen gift vouchers contain information, which is evidence of a payment for a specified class. Unless quoted herein payment is non-refundable. Each voucher or letter will show a voucher reference number, which must be quoted when booking your class experience and will be used to identify your class type.

The voucher is valid for 9 months from the date printed on the voucher or letter, which is enclosed in the gift pack. Your class must be taken within this 9-month period. After which the voucher will cease to be valid.

Flexibility

All vouchers are flexible in that they can be upgraded. If you wish to bring an additional guest (s), you will be required to pay the price difference according to the payment terms above.

Refunds

We are happy to make refunds on unwanted gift vouchers only if we are contacted within 14 days of the dated voucher.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to re-schedule your class we will always do our best to help. We require cancellations in writing to Info@renskitchen.com or 28 Farm Road, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 9LU or by telephone 07880 548 227 / 07712 191 671, 14 days prior to the class date.

If this notice is not given the following charges will be applied in order to re-book your class.

If adequate notice of at least 14 days is given then no charge will be applied.

If all payments have been received and you do not attend you scheduled class with no notice a refund will not be given. If you wish to book another class the full fee will be payable.

Property & Person

We shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property.

Health and Safety

We expect all students to listen and obey all instructions given by Ren and her teachers. This is to prevent accidents from occurring. We recommend that appropriate clothing be worn to classes. Practical shoes such as trainers are recommended.
