Ren's Blends - Bhuna Chicken
You’ll be amazed at how quick and easy this Bhuna Chicken is to make. Before your very eyes you will create a delicious tomato sauce with our special Bhuna masala. The chicken can be substituted for pretty much any vegetable, bean, lentil, or even tofu. Eat this with any type of bread or make my Pilau Rice.

12 skinless and boneless chicken thighs (approx 1kg)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 medium onions
200g tube tomato puree
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger
2 tsp salt
2 fresh tomatoes
Handful of fresh coriander
