Ren's Blends - Jeera Chicken
Chicken wings cooked with the distinctive flavour of our wonderful fresh cumin and spring onion. This authentic dish is a favourite starter! Serve with a refreshing, tangy tomato and onion salad and Indian breads. If you don’t like chicken on the bone use chicken fillets instead, the work just as well.

4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 bunches of spring onion
12 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Handful of fresh coriander
